Two arrested after man robbed of e-bike

Two men have been arrested in Royal Wootton Bassett in the early hours of this morning (25/09) after a man was attacked and his e-bike stolen. 

The suspects, both aged 20, were arrested on suspicion of robbery shortly afterwards. One of the men was further arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm. 

The victim sustained a minor injury. 

The two suspects are currently in police custody. Inspector Scott Anger said: "I understand that this incident will have caused some concern to those living nearby. 

Members of the public may notice an increased police presence in the area for reassurance."
